Outside, the teams are going ahead with rehabilitating the exterior metalwork and painting it, including the window frames.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed by architect Virg\u00ednio Moutinho, the Lada Ateliers building was built on the occasion of Porto Capital of Culture 2001.
