The Torre dos Coimbras company, which belongs to the DASigninum group, was distinguished with the "Equal Pay Seal" 2023 by the Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment (CITE) for its good practices in promoting equal pay for women and men for equal work or work of equal value.
"We were delighted to be recognised because it's something we identify with: no discrepancies or inequalities of any kind. The DASigninum group strives to have a diversity of people and cultures within it and we currently have more than 10 nationalities working in the group," says the director, Luís Aguiar, emphasising that Torre dos Coimbras, which belongs to the DASigninum group, reflects the essence of the business project, which is to be "open to the world and to all cultures".
"We want people who are ready to win and succeed in life. We are here to create the best working conditions and accompany developments in terms of salaries, which is our mission as entrepreneurs," he emphasises.
The Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security's distinction is based on the wage balances that all companies submit in the Single Report, with companies that have a wage inequality rate between women and men of between 1% and -1% standing out.
