Sculpture of Saint Joseph for a private client

From the Signinum Lab to a private client. We have a restored sculpture of Saint Joseph that is ready to go home.

This is a small but valuable sculpture of Saint Joseph, which we received from a private client for conservation and restoration work at our laboratory.
The fact that it is made of ivory, a noble material, gives it a special touch.

Saint Joseph is the patron saint of the Catholic Church and is also venerated as the patron saint of workers. Considered the foster father of Jesus Christ and the husband of Mary, the Solemnity of Saint Joseph is celebrated on March 19th. However, on May 1st, 1955, Pope Pius XII also established the feast of Saint Joseph the The Worker:"We wish to reaffirm, in a solemn manner, the dignity of work, so that it may inspire in social life the laws of the equitable distribution of rights and duties".
